Today's share and Acorn Squash recipe

Today's share:

1 each Sugar Baby Pumpkin (Good for eating, or using for Halloween Decor!)
10 each Heirloom Tomato
1 bunch Beets
1 head Tall Bok Choi
1 head Chinese Cabbage
1 head Blond Choi
1 head Fun Choi
1 head Kohlrabi (The greens are edible - use just like collard greens)
1 bunch Broccoli Rabe
1 bunch Swiss Chard
1 head Red Leaf Lettuce
1 head Oakleaf lettuce
1 head Deer Tongue Lettuce
1 bunch Beets

Also, last week I tried Paula Deen's recipe for Baked Acorn Squash with Brown Sugar and Butter and the family really enjoyed it! You can cut down on the brown sugar and/or maple syrup if you'd like a bit less sweetness!
